More about this class
Did you know there are several different ways of making rosé and many different grapes from which it can be made? How about that it is one of the more difficult wines to make well? There is a sea of rosé in the world. No longer do people need convincing to “drink pink”! Rosé, with its perfect blend of white wine lightness and acidity, and red wine flavor, has captured the attention of the masses. This is a good and also a terrible thing! The average quality of rosé has dropped precipitously and now, more than ever, it has become essential to learn about what wines are available, what flavors you can expect, and what you like. The more you know, the better you’ll do navigating the sea. If you love rosé and want to learn how to get the best one for you, this is the class for you.
We’ll taste rosés from France, Italy, Spain, and South America. Using these wines to help you figure out flavors, textures and descriptions, this class will give you all the tools to shop for good rosé and illustrate the differences between the plonk and the great stuff.
*NEW: Once you register you will receive a registration confirmation email from the system with a LINK to the instructions for the class. PLEASE check your Spam/Junk box if you do not see it. If you still can’t find it, please Contact Us.
