Elizabeth’s Favorites
These are the books and products I have and use in my house. I don’t recommend anything I haven’t tried or don’t use. The list of gadgets is small, but it’s all I think you need in your repertoire. The books will be a rotating set – I’ll change them as new ones come out or as I read interesting things.
For now, these are ones I enjoy and think you will too!
I wrote a book!
We’ve gotten great reviews from critics and normal people alike! I think and hope you’ll love it!

My favorite wine opener
I have used this type of corkscrew for 18 years and would never use anything else. It’s a single-hinged HuggerTM Corkscrew that’s very solid and sturdy (not your standard grocery store corkscrews even though it may look like that). Check out my video on YouTube to see more about it.

Glassware
I tested this to make sure it really was the best affordable glass. It is. Check it out in this Epicurious article.

More basic than the Vino Grande, but still solid!
Zalto is my gold standard but it hasn’t been available for a while, so my next choice is Grassl. A pricey glass for special occasions. If you have a great bottle every now and then, this is the glass to serve it in.
I still love a flute for bubbles, this is the one I use.
If you’re anti-flute, go old school and try a coupe! These double as dessert and cocktail glasses too.
